If you are an incoming University of Louisville School of Medicine or School of Dentistry resident or fellow for the upcoming academic year, your residency/fellowship coordinator should have already provided you with special instructions that will allow you to take the "HIV/AIDS Update Online Course" for free. If you did not receive these instructions, please contact your residency/fellowship coordinator. If they are not able to provide you with the instructions, or if you have questions regarding them, please contact us at chse@louisville.edu and we will assist you. Please be advised that if, for any reason, you choose to not contact us and pay for the course instead, you will not receive a refund.

Upon completing the course, you will be asked to enter your name and social securtiy number, after which an online certificate will appear onscreen. Please print this certifcate out; this is how you will prove you completed the course. If you are unable to print the certificate out, please contact us at chse@louisville.edu and we will send you a copy. If you do not pass the course, you may take it again as many times as necessary until you pass.
