If you will be attending the U of L School of Medicine or School of Dentistry for the first time in the upcoming academic year as a resident or fellow, you should have already been given instructions by your residency coordinator regarding how to take the online Domestic Violence course free of charge. If you have not been given these instructions, or if you have questions regarding them, please contact us at chse@louisville.edu.

In the past, some people have chosen to disregard the instructions, pay for the course, and then request a refund. Please be advised that if you are eligible to take the course for free but instead choose to pay for it, you will not receive a refund.

Anyone who is not an incoming U of L School of Medicine or School of Dentistry resident or fellow for the upcoming academic year must pay a $25 fee to take the course. This includes all other U of L residents and fellows, as well as all other U of L students, faculty and staff. To pay for the course, click here and follow the instructions.
