The purpose of each of these

with the flu or other symptomatic conditions, as well as the appropriate
response to a bioterrorist attack. The free courses (which include lunch)
are designed for physicians in internal medicine, pathology, emergency medicine,
infectious disease, general practice, family medicine, pediatrics and dermatology.
Physicians and U of L faculty, staff and students may attend at no cost
(lunch included) if they are interested in the topic. Please be sure to
specify which date or dates you wish to attend when filling out the registration
form. Due to seating limitations the programs are not open to anyone except
physicians and U of L faculty, staff and students, although anyone may watch
the live webcasts or watch a repeat of the webcasts at any time following
the program.

- Appropriately notify and submit clinical specimens from suspect cases
to a microbiology lab.
